1. An application will only be processed once an applicant has viewed the property via appointment.

To apply for a Hills Rental Property a fully completed & signed application form is required with 100 points of identification. We require a fully completed application & identification for each individual adult wishing to reside at the premises.

3. On receiving notification of a successful application you will be required to pay 1 weeks rent as a Holding Deposit in the form of a Bank Cheque or Money Order payable to Hills Rentals. You will also need to book a sign-up time in office hours Monday to Friday when all parties can be present to sign documents.
 
4. Before possession of the property will be given (i.e. keys) the bond of 4 weeks rent (6 weeks for furnished premises) is to be paid in the form of a Bank Cheque or Money Order payable to the Rental Bond Board (RBB), and a 2nd week's rent plus a Lease Fee of $15 is payable to Hills Rentals.
