I/We acknowledge that ALL keys are to be returned to the office of Hills - The Rental Property Specialists by the date listed above or rent is to be paid until keys are received by the agent (as per clause 41.1 RTA)

I/We acknowledge the fact that I/We must clean the premises throughout and leave it in a good state of repair and clean with special attention to the cleaning instructions below.

Curtains washed

Professional Carpet Cleaning

All light fittings cleaned

External cleaning, i.e. Cobwebs

Professional Pest Control for Pets
